Hi Everyone!
As the year comes to a close, the Soleado Suns get to enjoy a special day of fun in the sun! Soleado Field Day is Thursday, May 29th.
The students will participate in a variety of fun games like the three legged race, sponge race (they love getting wet!), tug of war, and much more !
This memorable event starts at 9:15 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Parents/Guardians are welcome to stay and have lunch with your child after the event.
No food will be sold at this event. Students can order lunch from the cafeteria, bring a sack lunch from home, or you can bring them something to share.
Remind your child to wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes, as well as bring a water bottle and have sun screen lotion on.
Please keep an eye out for a flier that will be sent home about a special PEF incentive to encourage increased participation at our school, by having a "Coach K extra recess!" If you have already donated to PEF this year, or you make a donation of ANY amount by May 28th, your child will participate in this event on June 3rd!
We hope that you will join us at Field Day on Thursday at 9:15 a.m. , and will take this opportunity to support PEF and join in on the extra recess on June 3rd!
